MyChart is a secure, online way to connect to your health and your care team. The best part? You can access it anywhere, anytime.
Your health in the palm of your hand.
In just a few simple clicks, there is so much you can do and access with your MyChart account. Sign up online to get started and download the MyChart app for your phone. If you already have a MyChart account, login now to schedule, or reschedule, an appointment with your doctor, request a prescription refill, or pay a bill.
Booking appointments
- Book an appointment with your doctor: Choose a date and time to see your AHN provider. With a MyChart account, online scheduling is available 24/7. You can also manage your appointments — rescheduling or canceling existing appointments without having to call.
- Schedule a video visit with your provider: Too busy to go to the doctor? Try a video visit with your own provider and get the telehealth care you need quicker.
- Schedule a 24/7 urgent care video visit: If you need to see a provider right away, try an urgent care video visit. You’ll meet virtually with an AHN provider and receive the quality care you need.
- Have an eVisit: Using an electronic questionnaire, you’ll describe your symptoms and medical history. Then, an AHN provider will review it and provide a written treatment plan. This is available 24/7.
Preparing for appointments
- View tests and procedures. A shortcut has been added to MyChart so you can easily view your upcoming tests and procedures.
- See you doctor sooner. Want to move up your visit? Sign up to get on the wait list for earlier appointments. (Because of the pandemic and our commitment to safety, this feature is not currently available.)
Additional features
- Ask a question. Send and receive notes with your AHN provider through Messages.
- Compare the wait. Use Find Care Now to see wait times at an AHN emergency department or urgent care — and let us know you’re on your way.
- Review your health records. See your AHN health history and access your test results and current medications.
- Pay bills online. Pay for your out-of-pocket costs and read statements online with paperless billing.
- Request prescription refills. Send a medication request to your doctor. When it’s approved, we’ll send it on to your pharmacy for a refill.

What the Cures Act means for MyChart and you
The 21st Century Cures Act gives you more access to your digital medical records. That means if you already have a MyChart account, you’ll be able to view test results and clinical notes as soon as they become available.
While getting results sooner is nice, they’re usually easier to understand once you chat with your provider. To give your provider a little extra time to reach out, change your MyChart preferences to delay results by 7 days. Here’s how to do it:
- Log in to MyChart.
- Click Medical Tools.
- Click My Questionnaires.
- Select Delay of Results Release.
- Select I want to delay my results.
