You’ll receive a kinetic chain assessment that will help us build your custom program. You will then receive coaching from a certified strength and conditioning specialist at one of Pennsylvania’s premier sports performance and strength training facilities.
Strength training includes age-appropriate, science-backed, specialized exercises that will result in muscle growth when done consistently. Using your own body weight, resistance bands, dumbbell and barbells, our strength training methodology provides you the direction needed for achieving results in a timely fashion. It’s important to choose not only sports-specific exercises but position-specific exercises to help you meet your needs.
