This program can help treat the following:
This program requires a referral from an outpatient provider. The online group therapy sessions take place over Zoom on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM. Once your registration is confirmed, you’ll receive a Zoom meeting invitation via email.
The Blazier Clinic Adult IOP uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy in its sessions. CBT helps patients understand the connections between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This can help individuals tackle negative core beliefs and unhelpful thoughts.
DBT helps patients establish acceptance and accountability for their lives. DBT also helps patients make positive changes using mindfulness and emotion regulation while improving their distress tolerance and interpersonal skills.
To register for the Blazier Clinic Adult IOP, call the clinic at (724) 934-2420. A referral from your outpatient provider is required.
