Dental Medicine Residency Application Information

The applicant must be a graduate of a U.S. dental school and pass both Part I and Part II of the National Board Examinations to be eligible for our program.

We participate in the Postdoctoral Application Support Service (PASS). A PASS application can be obtained at your dental school.

Applicant materials to be submitted consist of:

  • Completed Graduate Training Program Application
  • Letter of recommendation from your dean
  • Two (2) letters of recommendation from your dental school professors
  • Official dental school transcript
  • Official undergraduate transcript
  • Regional board scores

These materials must be received by us before October 1. After all materials are reviewed, those applicants selected for an interview will be notified.
