All applications must be completed and submitted using the Surgical critical care and Acute care surgery Fellowship Application Service (SAFAS) by May 1
All of the following must be in your application in order to be considered for our Surgical Critical Care fellowship program:
- Curriculum vitae
- AAMC ID Number
- Three original letters of recommendation, one of which must be from your current or most recent training director
- A statement describing your training goals and future career plans
- A copy of your USMLE transcripts
- All available ABSITE scores
Foreign medical school graduates:
- Submit with the application a copy of current and valid ECFMG certification (there is no minimum required score)
- Submit two letters of recommendation from individuals in the United StatesMust hold a J-1 visa.
